Hall of Honor Nominations

Please complete the form below to nominate a current or former Lubbock ISD athlete to be considered for induction into the Lubbock ISD Athletic Hall of Honor. All nominations will be reviewed by the Lubbock ISD Hall of Honor Committee for inclusion. Once submitted, a nominee will remain on the Hall of Honor ballot indefinitely until chosen. You need only to submit the nominee once for consideration.

It is important to provide your contact information should we have any follow-up questions regarding your nominee. It is important to note that the more detailed, independently verifiable information, e.g. state records, awards, feats and accomplishment, etc., you provide allows the committee to evaluate the nominee as objectively as possible.

Finally, thank you for helping make the Lubbock ISD Hall of Honor a great success in recognizing important coaches, individuals and teams who played significant roles in Lubbock’s proud athletic history.
