at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center
The Class of 2026 Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 18th 6:00 PM at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center banquet hall.

Louis Kelley
Louis Kelley coached football at Estacado High School from 1975 until 2000. His overall record at EHS was 200-74-9. He was also the head football coach at Dunbar High School from 1970-1975.
While at Estacado, his teams won 17 district championships, played in four state semi-final games and the state championship game in 1983. Kelley was named Lubbock Avalanche-Journal Coach of the Year eight times. He was inducted into the Texas High School Coaches Association Hall of Honor in 1997, inducted into the Abilene ISD Hall of Honor in 1988, and inducted into the New Mexico State University Hall of Fame in 2004. In 2001, Kelley was named as the Texas Tech Legendary Coach of the Year.
Kelley coached in the Lubbock ISD for 40 years.
